We ship both domestically in New Zealand and internationally.

For NZ shipping address, you should receive your product within 2-5 working days once your order has been confirmed and processed.

Please allow for an additional 24-48hrs to the standard delivery times for rural areas.

We do not accept P.O. Box addresses and only accept physical addresses.

All of our packages require a signature on delivery. If you do not require a signature, please specify in the “comments box” where you would like the courier to leave your package.

For international shipping, we might not be able to ship some of the brands according to agreement with suppliers. Also, we understand the size, volume and weight of packages make big difference to international freight. Therefore, please contact us directly at hastings@atalaboutique.nz and we are happy to quote based on the products you would like to order, to make the freight most cost-effectively.

We accept returns from New Zealand wide up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hastings@atalaboutique.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Due to complications of international shipping, we don’t accept return from overseas.
